SECTION 1 BIOGRAPHY RICHARD J. COTE, DIRECTOR

Richard Cot joined the Company in January 2000 as Executive Vice President Finance and Administration. In May 2001, Mr. Cot was promoted to Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer and in March 2010 he was promoted to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cot worked for Colgate-Palmolive, a global consumer goods company, where, from 1998 to 2000, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for U.S. operations, and from 1993 to 1998, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Asia/Pacific operations. Prior to joining Colgate-Palmolive, Mr. Cot spent eight years at KPMG LLP in public accounting. He is a licensed CPA.

Movado Group, Inc. designs, sources, markets and distributes watches and jewelry. Its portfolio of brands includes Movado, Ebel, Concord, ESQ, Coach Watches, HUGO BOSS Watches, Juicy Couture Watches and Tommy Hilfiger Watches and Lacoste Watches. The Company also designs, develops and markets Movado-branded jewelry, which it retails in its Movado Boutiques. The Company conducts its business primarily in two operating segments: wholesale and retail. The Company's wholesale segment includes the design, development, marketing and distribution of watches, in addition to revenue generated from after-sales service activities and shipping. The retail segment includes the Company's Movado Boutiques and its outlet stores. On May 11, 2007, the Company signed a joint venture agreement with Swico Limited, an English company.
