ArabFinance: Arabia Investments, Development (AIND) announced in a statement sent to EGX, the audited financial results for the fiscal period starting January 1, 2017, and ending June 30, 2017. The company incurred consolidated net losses of LE16,300,224, versus net losses of LE22,563,607 in the same period a year ago.

The capital in crease will be through calling the existing shareholders to subscribe in capital increase which will be distributed over 40,312,564 shares at nominal value LE1 per share.

August 14: Arabia Investments standalone profits fall ending 1H

ArabFinance: Arabia Investments, Development (AIND) announced in a statement sent to EGX the audited financial results for the fiscal period starting January 1, 2017, and ending June 30, 2017.

The company posted standalone net profits of LE1,426,903, versus net profits of LE11,554,695 in the same period a year ago.
