Barcelona, 22 September 2017 - eDreams ODIGEO today announces its election to redeem EUR10,000,000 of its 8.50% senior secured notes due 2021. The notes will be redeemed at a price equal to 103% of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest.

The redemption is being made as part of eDreams ODIGEO's broader programme to deleverage and manage its overall level of debt, which started in FY 2016 with the successful repurchase of EUR30 million principal amount of its former 2018 notes.

Today's announcement reflects the group's commitment to continue to deliver on this strategy ensuring that throughout the year it maintains sufficient flexibility to invest in the business to continue driving growth and innovation, and for the potential opportunity to redeem future debt.
